What data do we collect about you?

We collect information when you set up your SocialFinda account and use the services available within SocialFinda (such as reading and annotating the reports). To set up your account, we collect your nickname, a password, and email or other contact details. You can further refine and populate your profile with additional information.

We use your information to provide SocialFinda to you and to access the features of the SocialFinda packages. We use contact channels provided by you, such as mobile number, email or social media address to facilitate communications and provide support. SocialFinda uses your contacts for verifying and protecting your account and for important administrative reasons and does not use these channels for promotional or marketing reasons.

We share your data with third parties for direct email, VoIP, or contact management and communications, website analytics for usage information, and other sales or support services. Our servers are located in the US. We also have support, engineering and other teams that support the provision of services to you, located around the world. Your data may be accessed from such locations. Rigorous internal control measures are undertaken to strictly limit access to your data by designated team members.

How long do we keep hold of your data?

The time we retain your information for depends on the type of information. If you instruct us to delete your SocialFinda account, your information is deleted within 60 days of verification of account ownership.

How may I exercise control over my data?

You may access your data, erase the data, restrict how your data can be used and get a copy of your information.

How will we notify you of changes?

SOCIALFINDA PRIVACY POLICY

In this Privacy Policy, "we", "our" or "us" refers to SocialFinda. This Privacy Policy informs you of your choices and our practices regarding any Information you provide to us or that you generate in using SocialFinda.

If you are using SocialFinda on behalf of a company, partnership, association, government or other organisation (your "Organisation"), you agree to notify your Organisation’s relevant individual owners, shareholders, directors, officers, managers, employees and other relevant individuals whose Personal Information we collect or you provide to us from time to time ("Connected Persons") of the collection of their Personal Information, and you agree to obtain your Connected Persons’ consent to the processing of their Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy as required by applicable laws and regulations. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE PROCESS

We process different categories of information and data in providing SocialFinda. These are set out below:

"Credentials" is information that is used to identify you on the SocialFinda website and to prevent multiple or fraudulent log-ins to your account. You will create a login when you first sign up for SocialFinda.

"Log Data" is information that we automatically collect when you use SocialFinda, whether through the use of cookies, web beacons, log files, or scripts, including:

Information

Registration Data and Log-in Data: Your name, user alias, email, password, and IP address.

Purpose of Processing:

to set up and log-in to a user account on SocialFinda;

to notify you about changes to SocialFinda;

to communicate with you;

to provide you with user support;

to enforce our terms, conditions, and policies;

to provide personalised help and instructions;

to better understand how you access and use SocialFinda;

to develop new and improve existing services;

to provide language and location customisation;

to protect any rights, property or safety of ours, our affiliate

companies, or other users of SocialFinda; and

to administer SocialFinda and for internal operations, including

troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, security,

fraud-detection, account management, and survey purposes.

User Profile Search Data. Record of search inquiries.

Purpose of Processing: to provide quick access to previous searches.

Credit card information

Purpose of Processing: Credit card information may be collected and the card information verified via a third-party payment processing service to facilitate payment and funds settlement. We receive summary information about transactions but no credit card information is not stored on SocialFinda's servers.

Customer Support Information. Any information that you provide to our customer support team. Purpose of Processing: to investigate your support issue.

SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not transfer your Personal Information to any other third parties except as specified below, or in circumstances where you consent to such transfer.

We share your information with selected third parties for support services. These categories of recipients include:

service providers supplying support and communication services, including providers who send SMSs on our behalf, VoIP providers for connection to traditional telephony services, card processing and verification, affiliate sales and web analytics.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM US

We may from time to time send you service-related announcements when we consider it necessary to do so (such as security, privacy, or service maintenance and administrative-related communications). We send these via email, to receive these announcements, you must provide a valid email address when you sign up for our service.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures for the purpose of preventing loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure of Information – for example, we use encryption technology (such as SSL) to protect certain sensitive Information (such as Location Data) provided by you to us.

Please be aware that despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security at all times. We do not warrant or guarantee the security of SocialFinda or any information you provide to us through SocialFinda.

PERIOD OF USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will retain your Personal Information as set out in the following table. Should you or we terminate your account for any reason, we will take steps to ensure that your Personal Information is no longer available through SocialFinda, or otherwise used by us, within a reasonable period of time (subject to technical limitations) after such account termination.

Information Type

Registration data: Your name, user alias, password, contact details, IP address. SocialFinda package reports.

Retention Period: Until such time as you instruct SocialFinda to delete your account or, at our discretion, if you have not logged in for at least 180 days. Your account will be permanently deleted within 60 days of both verification of account ownership and the account deletion request.

YOUR INFORMATION

Access & Correction

Upon request SocialFinda will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You also have the right to access personal information we hold about you, how we use it, and who we share it with. You also have the right to correct that information.

You can access and correct your personal information by logging into your SocialFinda account at any time. For example, you can change your contact information on your profile pages within SocialFinda.

Erasure

You can delete your account by notifying SocialFinda.

Portability

Upon request, you may receive a copy of certain Personal Information we collect from you. This comprises any personal information we process on the basis of your consent (e.g., voluntarily-provided profile data) as described in the section "How we process your information". You have the right to receive this information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

If you wish to transfer the Personal Information to a third party, please ensure you provide details on that party. Note that we can only assist where it is technically feasible. We are not responsible for the security of the Personal Information or its processing once received by the third party. We also may not provide you with certain Personal Information if providing it would interfere with another’s rights (e.g. where providing the Personal Information we hold about you would reveal information about another person or our trade secrets or intellectual property).

Restrictions

You may restrict our use of your Personal Information by contacting our Data Protection Officer describing how and what you would like to restrict from use. Note that we can only restrict such data usage only where it is technically feasible.
